Art of Advocacy: Mass Torts with Sheila Birnbaum

Our guest this week will be Sheila L. Birnbaum, a partner at Quinn Emmanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP who practices primarily in the areas of products liability, toxic torts and insurance coverage litigation and is Co-Chair of Quinn Emanuel’s Global Product Liability and Mass Torts Practice. Ms. Birnbaum represents corporations in complex mass tort and insurance litigation and is widely considered one of the titans of the mass tort bar.

This event is an off-the-record lunch conversation. Ms. Birnbaum will discuss recent mass tort cases and the general principles of strategy used in defending against them.
